Snow remnants melting
A soft breeze intoxicates me
The scent of a new morning

After a period of snow and frost, it has started to rain gently. The last remnants of snow melt, the damp forest breathes the fragrance of new life.

'Awakening Forest' is a new artwork in my collection 'Secret Places'. I made this photo in the beautiful forest Dover Plantation, near the town of Hurup Thy in Denmark.
