Spring winds -
excited birch trees
begin dancing

While walking through a deserted pine forest, we suddenly found a sunlit open space. Surprisingly, it was full of young waving birch trees eager to drink the sunlight. And the open space was surrounded by a beautifully decorated wall of pines and somewhat older birches that moved in the wind like in a slow dance...

'Dancing Trees (1)' is an artwork in my collection 'Secret Places'.

I made it on the threshold of spring, in the south east of Sweden on a bright sunny day in a forrest near Mönsterås, Kalmar region.
