First snowflakes falling
The cold breeze is scattering
frozen scent of pines

After two years without 'real' snow, some snow fell in northwest Jutland earlier this week. Above that, it was cold enough for a few days to enjoy the white landscape.
A wonderful moment for a walk in a forest. The delicate scent of damp pine trees is dispersed through the forest by an icy breeze.

I made this photo in the beautiful forest Dover Plantation, near the town of Hurup Thy in Denmark.
