At the end of a gray spring day, a light breeze rises and the mist that has lain like a blanket over the land and sea all day disappears. A fairly dense cloud cover seems to conclude the day without sunshine.
But then a clear, cloudless sky appears on the horizon. I run outside with my camera, moments like this usually only last about 10 minutes....

Sunsets will always fascinate me. The color palette is endless, the play between light and dark a pleasure to watch.

I made it at the end of a spring day, standing in the fields near our former house in the Thy region, North Jutland, Denmark.
